How we earn
We don't earn by extraction. We earn by expansion.
The guides, drivers and cooks on your trip are paid properly, and they're from the places you visit. We'd rather grow by doing right by people than by squeezing them. When our partners do well, we do well — and you get a better trip, because the people looking after you actually want to be there.
